Exercise to strengthen the muscles for an erection:
1. Deep breathing Visualization
a. Taking in full breaths, visualize your genitals surrounded in the color red. With each breath eceseee the red getting brighter. See it giving flowing through and around your penis. See it gradually pulling your penis into an erect state. Feel the sensations of the pleasure and relaxation as you continue to breath. Allow your hands to gently stroke areas of your body like your chest, arms, neck, etc. Refrain from touching your penis as it may interfere with your mindeTMs eye. This is an exercise that you can do for any length of time, but at least ten minutes.
2. Anal Breaths
a. Inhale and contract your anal sphincter and buttocks. Hold this contraction for 5 seconds. Exhale and release. Do these "anal breaths" in three sets of 10 at least twice a day. Gradually increase the number and the speed for an intense pumping action.
3. Cock Ring
a. Purchase or make a customized cock ring with a piece of an Ace bandage. Wrap it around your scrotum and bottom of your penis to help maintain an erection. 4. Muscle Contractions

a. Apply pressure (squeezing the area ) with the fingers of one of your hands, (or ask your lover to apply the pressure), to the bottom of the shaft (on the side facing the testes.)
6. Washcloth Pressure
a. To strengthen the muscles that support an erection, dampen a wash cloth and drape it over your erect penis. Keep it there for a few minutes. Over time, begin to use two washcloths or a hand towel.
7. Pump
a. Many sex toy sites sell a plastic penis pump to engorge the penis with increased blood circulation. It may result in an erection making penetration possible.
